RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you have 15 days from the date you receive said product to return same (not counting the receipt date). For example, if you received your product on May 1st, you would have until May 16th to postmark and ship said product to receive a refund.
All products must be unworn, in the same condition they were received by you, and not damaged or altered in any way in order to receive a refund. Books, whether in print, audio, or e-book format, may not be returned.
For Tail Life products purchased through our stores at the Spring site, please read Spring’s return policy, as it may differ from the policy on this site. Any products purchased directly from the Spring site would be subject to the return policy on that site.
You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product with the exception of any product you receive which was damaged prior to your receipt. Should that situation occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the return of same.
Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
